Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payments:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid within 15 days before the departure.  Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from above in some cases, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, or National Holidays), or according to the single hotel policy, full payment is required to be set in advance.


Prices:
The packages booked include:

  • Round trip flight Roatan – destination airport
  • Round trip transportation service Airport – Accommodation facility
  • Accommodation in the facilities according to the duration of the stay
  • Airport and hotels fees and taxes

The prices of the package are per person and based on double occupancy. Prices are subject to change according to the season, extra charges from the air company, availability of the accommodation facility.

The price of the flight tickets includes airport fees and doesn’t include any travel insurance or baggage insurance. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the traveler’s belongings throughout the duration of the vacation. Insurance is recommended. Except for specific case, according to the single air company, the tickets booked are non- transferable and non- refundable.

Please notice that Airline imposed baggage or service fees may apply and be due at the airport; please consult the airline prior to departure for the latest fees.  These rates are based on exchange rates, tariffs and tax rates in and may be subject to change without notice.

Each individual vacation package price includes charges for research, itinerary preparation and planning, currency transfer and booking procedures.


Not included in your vacation price:
Some fees which are not included in your vacation may be the following: Local City tax; passports; visas and vaccinations; tips to your Tour Director, Local Host, driver, Local Guides, gratuities on ferries, laundry; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted Operator menu; optional excursions; excess baggage fees; and all other items not specifically mentioned.


Visas & Passaport:
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. Wonderland Original Travels is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport information or documentation and cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport.  Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.


Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 30 days or more prior to the departure: 30% of the service cost
  • 15 days prior the departure: 60% of the service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 80% of the service cost
  • Less than 7 days or non-attendance: No Refund

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy

Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize.

For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.


Our Liabilities & Limitations:
Wonderland Original Travel is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier, public transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organization, whether or not such company is rendering any services supplied on the tour. All tickets and vouchers are issued and supplied subject to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which transportation and services are provided. Wonderland Original Travels  accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend you purchase our optional travel protection plan offered with each booking. The Tour Operator reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to departure and without prior notice if circumstances so warrant.
