Belize
Belize is a very small country in Central America that with its uniqueness has become a real place to experience. Because of its location in the map, the travelers that decide to visit will be projected in an unbelievable reality.
Like other countries in this geographical area, there is a variety of opportunities to be involved with. Crossing the territory from North to South, from West to East, you will find Mayan ruins, breathtaking beaches, dense forests, challenging roads and beautiful landscape. But what makes Belize so unique is the culture.
The first thing that detaches it from the other Latin American countries is the national language, English instead of Spanish. Very similar to our Bay Islands in this aspect, travelling around is going to be pretty easy for English speaking travelers.
Beside this, the Belizean culture is a mix of influences and people from Kriol, Maya, Garifuna, Mesitzo (mix of Spanish and Native Americans), and blends of many other cultures, including ex-pats.
One of the most beautiful attractions that bring every year lots of tourists here is the second largest barrier reef in the world, the same that surrounds our island of Roatan.
